Preconstruction site visit. At this time the project manager and superintendent assess the site condition, meet with subcontractors and utility companies.

All 4 sides of the block wall are going in. The slab and site utilities are being installed during this time.

Windows and doors are being installed. Interior framing, insulation and sheetrock are being installed. Site work is ongoing throughout the entire project.

Exterior finishes of Stucco, Siding and Rock are all being used on this building. Awning are installed. Interior paint and flooring are in progress.

Irrigation and landscape are going in. The interior furnishings and equipment are all being installed.
